You can contact the nearest Tecan helpdesk, wherever you are in the world. Whether you need assistance with your Tecan equipment, or you need to order consumables, a Tecan advisor – that speaks your local language – will take control of your enquiry until it is closed, so you know exactly who to call whenever you need an update.
We have established a two-stage support process. Most enquiries to our local helpdesks are handled by the local advisor or passed on to a field service engineer. For very complex queries, the local advisor can involve our technical and application specialists from Tecan’s expert lines in the respective product areas.
All enquiries are documented and closely tracked, from the initial call/email to the local helpdesk through to any other Tecan department involved in the process, until the issue has been satisfactorily resolved. It is our goal that the customer always receives a first response from Tecan within 24 hours, for any enquiry.
