The Infinite M1000, Tecan’s flagship modular multimode microplate reader, is equipped with premium Quad4 Monochromators and also features adjustable bandwidth settings to ultra-finetune the amount of excitation and emission light to optimize the sensitivity for fluorescence based measurements. You can run advanced assay types like FRET, TR-FRET, fluorescence polarization and glow/flash luminescence and eliminate the need for absorbance and fluorescence filters.
