Introspect is a cloud-based, non-medical software accessed via browser or mobile app. It provides real-time insights into lab and instrument efficiency, quality, and performance.
The Introspect dashboard provides usage insights:
- Efficiency Score: Displays Utilization, Quality, and Performance.
- Actionable Insights: Recommendations for improving productivity.
- Usage dashboard: Real-time instrument status, run success rate, utilization, consumables usage, and more.

- The left vertical menu provides access to:
- Dashboard (overview)
- Instruments

Navigation Instructions:
- Switch between sections using the left menu.
- View details by clicking on items (e.g. instruments, users) in the main panel.
- Use Filters to narrow the data view on specific labs, instruments, time-span etc.
- Access settings for notifications and preferences via the gear/settings icon.

Note: User and instrument management is handled in Organization Management. At least one organizational layer must be configured with instruments and users to view data.
