How do I change my email address associated with my login? +

> Log in to Tecan Academy

> Go to More → User Profile → Edit

> Change your email in the Email field

> Click Save

This updates the email where you will receive notifications from Tecan Academy but does not change your username.

How do I change my password? +

> On the Tecan Academy login page, click "Don’t remember your password?"

> Enter your email address

> Click Send Email

> Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions to reset your password

How do I update my profile information? +

> Log in to Tecan Academy

> Go to More → User Profile → Edit

> Update your information

> Click Save

Where do I reference PO associated with training? +

> Log in to Tecan Academy

> Go to More → User Profile

> Scroll to Extended profile details

> Enter your PO number in the field “Do you have a purchase order number? Please enter it here:”

> Click Save

How do I redeem a voucher code? +

> Go to Voucher Validation

> Enter your voucher code and click Check voucher code

> If active, the associated training will appear. Click the training name to activate it

> For blended training, check your training plan at the bottom of the page

> If your status is not updated, reload the page

> Once accepted, the training content will be accessible

How do I access my certificate? +

> Go to More → My Skills

> Click My Certificates

> Search for your certificate and download

Where do I go to access e-Learnings? +

> Go to the home page

> If a training is in the future or ongoing, find it under My Required Assignments; otherwise, check My Trainings. For a completed training, please visit My Lessons

> Click the e-Learning course

> For Instructor-led or blended training, scroll to Training Content

> You will find the e-Learning under Training Content section

What should I do if I can't log in? +

> Check your username and password. Ensure correct case and no extra spaces

> Try to reset your password if unsure

> If the issue persists, please send an email to training-ch@tecan.com

What should I do if I can’t open my e-Learning course? +

This is usually caused by your browser’s pop-up blocker. Allow pop-ups for your e-Learning site:

> Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Site settings → Pop-ups and redirects → Allow

> Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Pop-ups and redirects → Allow

> Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Permissions → Block pop-up windows → Uncheck or add exception

> Safari (Mac): Safari → Settings → Websites → Pop-up Windows → Allow

What should I do if I can’t open or download documents from e-Learning? +

This is often caused by browser extensions (like Google Translate).

> Open your browser’s Extensions/Add-ons page

> Temporarily disable or remove interfering extensions

> Refresh the page and try again

How to access extensions:

> Chrome: Puzzle icon → Manage extensions

> Edge: Three dots → Extensions → Manage extensions

> Firefox: Three lines → Add-ons and themes

> Safari: Safari → Settings → Extensions
