> Log in to Tecan Academy
> Go to More → User profile → Edit
> Update the email address in the Email field
> Click Save
This updates the email address used for Tecan Academy notifications. Your username remains unchanged.
> On the Tecan Academy login page, click Don’t remember your password?
> Enter the email address associated with your account
> Click Send email
> Open the password reset email and follow the instructions
> Log in to Tecan Academy
> Go to More → User profile → Edit
> Update the relevant information
> Click Save
> Log in to Tecan Academy
> Go to More → User profile
> Scroll to Extended profile details
> Enter the purchase order number in the field “Do you have a purchase order number? Please enter it here:”
> Click Save
The price list (PDF) is available here. Login is required.
> Go to Voucher validation
> Enter the voucher code and click Check voucher code
> If the voucher is valid, the associated training appears. Click the training name to activate it
> For blended training, review the training plan at the bottom of the page
> If the status does not update, reload the page
> Once accepted, the training content becomes available
> Go to More → My skills
> Click My certificates
> Search for the certificate and download it
> Go to the home page
> Trainings with a future or ongoing status appear under My required assignments. Otherwise, check My trainings. Completed trainings are available under My lessons.
> Select the e-learning course
> For instructor-led or blended training, scroll to Training content
> The e-learning is available in the Training content section
> Check your username and password, including correct capitalization and spacing
> Reset your password if needed
> If the issue persists, contact training-ch@tecan.com
This issue is usually caused by a browser pop-up blocker. Enable pop-ups for the e-learning site:
> Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Site settings → Pop-ups and redirects → Allow
> Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Pop-ups and redirects → Allow
> Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & security → Permissions → Block pop-up windows → Uncheck or add an exception
> Safari (macOS): Safari → Settings → Websites → Pop-up windows → Allow
This issue is often caused by browser extensions, such as Google Translate.
> Open the browser’s extensions or add-ons page
> Temporarily disable or remove interfering extensions
> Refresh the page and try again
How to access browser extensions:
> Chrome: Puzzle icon → Manage extensions
> Edge: Three dots → Extensions → Manage extensions
> Firefox: Three lines → Add-ons and themes
> Safari: Safari → Settings → Extensions
