How to find Infinite® F50 files needed to support

This article describes which detailed information is important for issue analysis and how to collect instrument files

When operating the Infinite® F50 instrument via software, files are generated automatically. These files can be analyzed to help identify the cause of any issues that arise. Additionally, providing further information may be helpful with troubleshooting.

The required support information may vary based on the specific type of instrument operation.
