New IoT Client

To continue with the new dashboard, the latest IoT Client version v2.8 is required. You need to update the IoT Client, to be able to continue using Introspect from Dec 5^th 2024 on.

1. Download the new IoT Client via this link: IoT Client 2.8
   
   
2. Uninstall the old IoT Client and install the new IoT Client 2.8 (Note: If you use already IoT Client 2.7, you can install directly the new IoT Client 2.8)
   
   
3. Login here: https://digital.tecan.com/introspect
   
   
4. Assign users and instruments in the Organization management page. A user with administrator rights in Organization Management has to configure the structure of the organization to provide users access to instruments data. At minimum, one layer must be assigned with instruments and users.
   
5. The URLs to be whitelisted might need to be updated as they changed for the new IoT Client:

These URLs need to be whitelisted in the firewall.
