New IoT Client

To continue with the new dashboard, the latest IoT Client version v2.8 is required. You have time to update to the newest IoT client until 1^st March 2025.

1. Download the new IoT Client via this link: IoT Client 2.8
   
   
2. Install the new IoT Client 2.8 (Note: If you’re running a version older than 2.7, uninstall the old one first, then install 2.8)
   
   
3. Login here: https://digital.tecan.com/introspect
   
   
4. Assign users and instruments in the Organization management page. A user with administrator rights in Organization Management has to configure the structure of the organization to provide users access to instruments data. At minimum, one layer must be assigned with instruments and users.
   
5. The URLs to be whitelisted might need to be updated as they changed for the new IoT Client:

These URLs need to be whitelisted in the firewall.
