Which samples and molecules can I dispense?
Samples and biomolecules that can and cannot be dispensed
Uno is compatible with the following samples:- Cells between 9 and 25µm
- Proteins and enzymes up to 300 kDa
- Antibodies
- Peptides
- Oligos and labelled oligos
- Lipids
- Small molecules, such as ATP/ADP
- PCR master mixes
- DNA up to 10,000 base pairs
- Proteins and enzymes above 300 kDa
- Bacteria and yeasts
- Saliva
- Whole blood
- Plasma
- Serum
