Unspecific hardware error of reader module.

2. First aid
• Disconnect the reader from the i-control™ or Magellan™ software.
• Switch the reader off and then on again.
• Connect the reader with i-Control™ or Magellan™.
• For luminescence measurements, ensure that the corresponding plate definition file is selected in the measurement script or method.

Service intervention is required to solve a hardware defect with the Infinite® 200 PRO.
