Look in the following folders to see if there is a file with a file size of 0 kb:
- C:\Users\Public\Documents\Tecan\HydroControl\WasherLists
- C:\Users\Public\Documents\Tecan\HydroControl\WasherListsPlateWasher
- C:\Users\Public\Documents\Tecan\HydroControl\WasherPrograms
- C:\Users\Public\Documents\Tecan\HydroControl\WasherProgramsPlateWasher
