The proven Tecan platforms are now available as preconfigured automation solutions. Each package is optimized for a reagent kit from different vendors and contains template scripts which have been verified by either Tecan or by the kit vendor.

Protein Purification Package

The intended use of the packages is the automation of chromatography using Repligen’s OPUS® RoboColumns®, as well as the buffer preparation for chromatography processes. RoboColumns are fully automation compatible through a pressure tight inlet sealing to the fixed tips (stainless steel, uncoated) of the liquid handling arm. The liquid filled pipetting system allows pressing the samples or buffers through the RoboColumns, similar to common LC instrumentation.

The application packages include hardware and software which is required to perform parallel chromatography with Repligen RoboColumns and buffer preparation. Template scripts for protein separation of two proteins as well as for buffer preparation are provided.
