In addition to 2D culture formats, Spark Cyto supports a wide range of 3D formats from 6-well to 384-well plates, including ultra-low attachment plates and microcavity well plates. It’s compatible with spheroids, organoids, tumoroids, organ-on-a-chip systems and other 3D culture formats.

Do I need microscopy expertise to use Spark Cyto?

No. Spark Cyto is designed to capture high-quality images at 2x, 4x, and 10x magnification without specialist microscopy training. It automates image acquisition including Z-stacking and projection, as well as AI-based analysis for intuitive, user-friendly imaging and analysis.
