      How to Connect Your Digital Dispenser to Introspect™ for DispenseControl

      This guide will help you to connect your Digital Dispenser (D300e, Uno or Duo) to Introspect™ using the DispenseControl software

      Step-by-Step Instructions

       

      1. Start the IoT Client Service

      Right-click the IoT-Client tray icon in the notification area of the Windows taskbar. Click “Start Service” to run the IoT-Client.

      2. Launch the DispenseControl Application

      Open the Tecan DispenseControl application from your desktop or start menu.

      3. Select Your Device

      In the application, locate the Digital Dispenser you want to connect and click the three dots (•••) icon at the top right corner of the device tile.

      4. Register device with Introspect

      In the pop-up menu that appears, select the Introspect tab and click REGISTER DEVICE.

      If registration is not completed open the IoT-Client from the notification area as described under (1.) by clicking “Settings”. In the Registration tab click “REGISTER IOT CLIENT”

      Log in with your Introspect account or click “Sign Up” to create a new account.

      Complete the registration by confirming in the Configuration Settings window.
