Dr. Stone walks through the development and validation of the LC-MS method using the Tecan AC extraction plate. Compared to typical solid phase extraction (SPE) or liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) sample preparation methods, the AC extraction plate includes the benefits of automation, ease of use and simple reagents.
