ERROR_0209 Lamp High Error

This issue requires a parts replacement via a service intervention

The appearance of this error indicates a problem with the lamp.

• Switch off the instrument.
• Switch the instrument on again and check if this resolves the issue.

3. Typical solution
If restarting the instrument does not resolve the error, defective hardware needs to be replaced via a service intervention.

Create a service request and contact Tecan® to schedule an onsite intervention or to send the instrument for in-house repair.
