      This video provides a step-by-step guide on how to define and optimize the needle positions for ‘aspirate’, ‘dispense’ and ‘wash’ steps on your HydroSpeed™ microplate washer, using the onboard navigation. Optimization of the needle positions is essential for successful performance of the instrument.

        1. 'Overflow’ position
        2. 'Bottom’ position
      3. Y-movement:
