2. Typical solution
Take clear pictures of the item delivered, particularly any defects, damaged packaging or incomplete delivery. Write down batch or serial numbers. Contact your local Tecan® Helpdesk Team and provide the information you collected.
The Helpdesk will come back to you and advise the next steps to follow in your individual case.
