1. Usual root causes
The error message “Number must be either non-negative and less than or equal to Int32.MaxValue or -1. Parameter name timeout” can appear during measurement with i-control™ or Magellan™ if Windows® updates are not performed on the computer controlling the instrument.
2. First aid
• Perform Windows® updates on the computer controlling the instrument.
• Install i-control™ V1.12 or higher for Infinite® 200 PRO, Infinite® M1000 PRO, Infinite® F500 and Infinite® F50.
• Install Magellan™ 7.2SP1 or higher for Infinite® 200 PRO, Infinite® M1000 PRO, Infinite® F500, Infinite® F50 and Sunrise™.
3. Typical solution
Perform Windows® updates as scheduled.

If the issue cannot be resolved, create a service request.
