Look in the following folders to see if there is a file with a file size of 0 kb:

  • C:\Users\Public\Documents\Tecan\HydroControl\WasherLists
  • C:\Users\Public\Documents\Tecan\HydroControl\WasherListsPlateWasher
  • C:\Users\Public\Documents\Tecan\HydroControl\WasherPrograms
  • C:\Users\Public\Documents\Tecan\HydroControl\WasherProgramsPlateWasher
