How to perform Daily Maintenance on a Freedom EVO® instrument
This ticket describes how to run a Daily Maintenance script that can be imported as a template from the Freedom EVOware® Master CD.

To enable the implementation of the Daily Maintenance routine, there is a template script available that can be imported into Freedom EVOware® Software and It can be adjusted to meet your specific instrument configuration.

Further Recommendations
- Fill the system liquid containers the night before to allow liquid to degas overnight.
- To prevent deposits of crystals and growth of micro-organisms in liquid containers, clean all liquid containers at least once a week.
- Make sure to allow solvents (e.g. ethanol) to fully evaporate before refilling reagents into the containers again.
- Empty and Clean the waste container on the worktable at least once a day.
- Perform the Daily Maintenance at the beginning and end of each day
