1. Maximum volume
A maximum volume of 20 µl can be dispensed from each Dispensehead of a T8+ cassette. The maximum volume decreases to 10 µl if at least one dispensed volume is below 1 nl.
If you want to dispense 20 µl of fluid with a single Dispensehead, please check your protocol and remove any dispensed volumes below 1 nl.
The maximum volume dispensable from a D4+ cassette is 200 µl. A D4+ cassette can only be used to dispense a fluid when there are no volumes below 1 nl specified in the protocol. D300eControl will automatically choose a T8+ cassette if at least one volume is below 1 nl.
Hover the cursor over the individual wells to check the volumes dispensed into each well and for the corresponding fluid (see image below, line highlighted by blue arrow).
