Which biomolecules can I dispense?

Biomolecules that can and cannot be dispensed

1. The D300e is compatible with the following biomolecules:

  • Proteins and enzymes up to 300 kDa
  •  Antibodies
  • Peptides
  • Oligos and labelled oligos
  • Lipids
  • Small molecules, such as ATP/ADP
  • PCR master mixes
  • DNA up to 10,000 base pairs

 

2. Molecules that are NOT compatible with the D300e are:

  • Proteins and enzymes above 300 kDa
  • Cells
  • Saliva
  • Whole blood
  • Plasma
  • Serum
