Buffers that can be used with the D300e
1. The D300e allows you to dispense compounds dissolved in different buffers, as listed below.
- DMSO, from 70 to 100 %
- Water-based (aqueous) buffers containing the following concentrations of surfactants in the stock solution:

Brij®-35, 0.1 %
-
Triton™ X-100, 0.1 %
-
TWEEN® 20, 0.3 % (recommended for cell-based assays)

If working with water-based buffers, please note that the maximum concentration of the total buffer components (eg. Tris HCl, PBS, etc...) should not exceed 150 mM.
