Which buffers can I use to dispense my compounds with the Uno Singe Cell Dispenser?

Buffers that can be used with the Uno

1. The Uno allows you to dispense compounds dissolved in different buffers, as listed below.
  • DMSO, from 70 to 100 % 
  • Acetonitrile
  • Water-based (aqueous) reagents such as:
    • PBS, Tris-HCl, etc…
    • Iodoacetamide
    • Trypsin in Acetic acid
    • TFA
    • Formic acid
    • TCEP
    • DTT
    • Hydroxilamine
    • TEAB
  • Water-based (aqueous) buffers with the following concentrations of surfactants in the stock solution: 
    • Brij®-35, 0.1 %
    • Triton™ X-100, 0.1 %
    • TWEEN® 20, 0.3 % (recommended for cell-based assays)

If working with water-based buffers, please note that the maximum concentration of the total buffer components (eg. Tris HCl, PBS, etc...) should not exceed 150 mM
