The new generation ProfiBlot 48 is used for the confirmation of infectious and autoimmune diseases, for the screening of allergies as well as for forensic applications. Designed to improve safety and reliability in the laboratory, the new generation ProfiBlot 48 is built to meet the European Union Directive 98/79/EC for in vitro diagnostics. ProfiBlot 48 delivers the level of performance and flexibility already familiar to Tecan customers worldwide.
ProfiBlot 48 enables the processing of up to 48 strips per run and the entire assay is performed in a safely enclosed environment to minimize human exposure to potentially infectious samples.
