Tecan announces change in Management Board

  • Frederic Vanderhaegen is leaving the company
  • Search for a successor has been initiated

 

Männedorf, Switzerland, May 8, 2012 – The Tecan Group (SIX Swiss Exchange: TECN) today announced that Frederic Vanderhaegen, Head of Division Life Sciences Business and member of the Group Management Board, decided to leave the company to pursue other career opportunities at Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, part of Danaher Corporation. He will leave Tecan by no later than the end of November 2012. The search for a successor is initiated. Tecan’s Board of Directors and CEO regret Mr Vanderhaegen’s decision. They would like to thank him warmly for his valuable contribution to the development of Tecan and wish him all the best for the future.
