Installation

Certified field service engineers support you throughout the entire installation of your newly purchased Tecan equipment and integrated devices.

Preventive Maintenance

Our support ensures that your instrument is kept in top condition with our planned preventive maintenance. Maintain the high standards of accuracy and precision your application requires to minimize instrument downtime. 

Inspection

Tecan's inspection service involves a thorough examination according to your needs and ensures that your Tecan device is functioning correctly and safely.

IQ/OQ

Installation qualification (IQ) and operational qualification (OQ) ensures that your Tecan device is properly installed and in compliance with the vendor product specifications. Operational qualification (OQ) documents all aspects of the supplied equipment to ensure consistent performance within limits and tolerances.

Application development

We will automate your script or method within a mutually agreed timeline and scope. With our service, you will be well-equipped to run the application on your Tecan equipment effectively. Automation covers areas such as genomics, cellomics, proteomics, LCMS sample preparation, and clinical diagnostics. 

Application assistance

We provide assistance for editing, updating, and adjusting your script or method, such as making changes to worktable configurations, defining liquid classes, or other similar tasks. Whether you're making small adaptations, or we're empowering you to make these changes yourself, Tecan will assist you. 

Remote diagnostics & support

Tecan's remote digital services enable secure access to Tecan instruments, helping you to get back up and running again. When connecting to Introspect™, Tecan's digital productivity tool, you will benefit from remote diagnosis with our behind-the-scenes hero, Service Cockpit.

Onsite support & repair

A full range of support & repair services are available should the need arise. Our qualified and certified field service engineers provide timely and efficient service for your Tecan instruments.

Depot repair

We offer depot repair services for detection instruments, ensuring seamless processing in one of the Tecan Repair Centers. Our service includes function checks, error analysis, calibrations, upgrades and adjustments, along with spare parts as needed. Labor and outbound shipping costs are covered.

Software & hardware upgrades

If you need to upgrade your system, either software or hardware, we offer fixed and customized upgrade packages. Stay up to date with the latest developments by getting the technical upgrades you need.

Re-location services

We provide comprehensive relocation services for individual instruments or entire labs, handling everything from planning and management to implementation. This includes the careful repositioning of instruments to the new lab location or floor, followed by an IQ/OQ. Our process ensures that your equipment continues to function seamlessly and produces consistent results in its new setting.

Digital suite
