Camila joined Tecan as CFO in June 2026.
Before joining Tecan, Camila worked as Group CFO at u-blox, where she has successfully led transformation initiatives, driving cost efficiency, strengthening financial processes, and enhancing capital market engagement.
Before that, Camila Japur built an international career at Ericsson, where she spent more than two decades. Beginning in 2018, she served as CFO for various divisions at Ericsson, with assignments in both Stockholm, Sweden, and Silicon Valley, USA. Earlier in her career, she held a range of finance and operations positions, gaining experience across Europe, India, and Latin America.
Camila holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, São Paulo, and an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas, São Paulo.
