Tecan publishes 2010 Annual Report and notice of its Annual General Meeting

Männedorf, Switzerland, 29 March 2011 – Today the Tecan Group (SIX Swiss Exchange: TECN) announced the publication of its 2010 Annual Report on the company website www.tecan.com under Investor Relations. The Annual Report may also be requested in printed format. Tecan has already published its 2010 financial results in a press release and at the Press Briefing on Annual Results and Analysts’ Conference held on 10 March 2011.

In addition, today the notice of the Tecan Group AG Annual General Meeting was published and dispatched. The Annual General Meeting will take place on 19 April 2011. This notice may also be found on the company website.
